I keep telling everyone  I know about the estate sale I’m conducting this weekend, but I keep working at the estate so late at night that by the time I get home I’m too pooped to write a blog post! I’m making it happen tonight, though, because it’s crunch time!

If I’ve told you about the sale, you know it’s super clean, practically new stuff and absolutely no junk.  I love how the living room is decorated in safari animals like monkeys, giraffes, elephants, and more.

One of the bathrooms is decorated in adorable monkeys. I hope to get a photo of it tomorrow evening.

The dining room is gorgeous with its dining table with 6 chairs and 2 china cabinets:

At least for the time being, the above china cabinet houses Fontanini angels, Just the Right Shoe, and Blue Sky items:

The bedrooms are fabulous. The master bedroom has a king size bed with memory-foam mattress covered in a gorgeous comforter and pillows:

The master bedroom also has a nice dresser and armoire decorated with rabbits and Oriental items:

I love these twin size sleigh beds that are in another bedroom! Gorgeous:

Across from the beds is a rolltop desk:

The third bedroom has a nice full size bed:

I bought two display shelves at the auction in Tuckerman last Friday to help show off all the decorative goodies:

There are also 5 closets full of awesome women’s clothing and shoes. I’ve seen a lot of Liz Claiborne, Ralph Lauren, and Tommy Hilfiger in the mix. The shoes are great as well. Most of the clothing and shoes are practically new!

I’m excited to say that I will be able to accept credit cards at this sale if everything continues to go as planned. I’m coordinating with the bank and ConwayCorp to get everything set up.

I was concerned about parking since the estate is in Carriage Court Condominiums, but I talked to Germantown Apartments next door and they will allow us to use their parking lot for parking. Trust me, this is huge! Parking for the non-VIPs (those who don’t read my blog), will probably not enjoy the parking situation at all. I will try to provide lots of signs pointing everyone where to park so parking can be as stress-free as possible. 🙂

That’s the update for now. I hope to post more photos soon!
