| Greetings from Longview, Texas! I’m here as exhibitor director of the Zonta Antique Show taking place this weekend inside the Maude Cobb Convention Center. I left out early this morning to make the 3.5-hour drive. When I arrived the pipe and drape, tables, and chairs were already in place (last year the rental company’s truck broke down and they were stuck in the load-in door most of the day!). I marked off booths in record time and all the exhibitors got along as they drove into the building to load in. Everything is coming together and it has been a good day. The days leading up to today have been utter chaos and I’ve been daydreaming of a beach vacation (for real!). Exhibitors are bringing their A-game as they always do and I can’t wait to see what comes in tomorrow! The Counting On Each Other sales will not be happening for the time being as they had water damage again after pipes froze. I’ll keep you in the loop as to when they are back up and running.
