| Taimi and I set up Caleb’s bedroom set from the Caring Transitions auction Friday and he loves it. We had to cram the furniture on one side of the bedroom to leave room for him to play on his VR headset. The cats love Caleb’s new bed too and have been sleeping with him at night. I’m still waiting on the new sheets and comforter to come in, so they may become Christmas gifts. On Friday night we went to Maumelle’s Tree Lighting. Caleb had only had his jacket on for a few minutes before I took the photo. He had no problems running around in short sleeves and shorts while I was bundled up like an Eskimo. On Saturday we had pancakes with Santa. The Pancakes with Santa event each year will always remind us of our original Santa, Jim Payseno, who took photos with the boys each year since they were babies. On Saturday night we drove through Sherwood’s Trail of Lights. It wasn’t busy at all – we went through five times just because we could. 🙂 I bet this will be the last big estate sale weekend before the year ends, so make sure you hit the sales while you can.
