| As I prepare to get super busy with the November 7-8 Bella Rustina in Rogers and November 21-23 Bella Rustina in Conway, I’m looking for ways to save time. Right now my goal is 12,500 steps a day, which requires me to walk 2-3 miles outside each day. Coach Taimi told me to buy a “standing desk” and use my walking pad to get steps in while I work. I’ve really enjoyed it – With the push of a button my desk can be standing- or sitting-height. My only challenge so far is keeping my balance when a good song comes on and I’m trying to walk, type, and rap/dance at the same time. My standing desk comes complete with Bootsy (the cat) lounging on my printer. Normally Dora is up here too, but she is fast asleep with my boys in my bed. As I look at my bed with two boys and a cat practically sleeping sideways, I’m not quite sure where I’ll be sleeping tonight. LoL We’ve got another great list of sales for this weekend.
