Many of you remember we did the first sale at Wornock’s earlier this year. We sold a ton of great stuff but there’s more left. We’ve also added two nice partial estates so there’s even more awesomeness.
Very nice chestnut marble top buffet, large hall tree, antique oak wardrobe, three extremely nice fireplace mantels, nice dining room suite, chestnut dropleaf table, lots of occasional tables. art deco kitchen sink/cabinet, cherry canopy bed, three convex glass tabletop showcases, tables, chairs, high chairs, rocker, sofas, and much more.
Tables packed full of nice glass, china, pottery, and crystal. Hand painted china of all kinds, Royal Doulton set, cranberry glass, Fenton, large quantity of perfume bottles, great selection of paperweights including many Murano, collectible glass of all sorts.
Great selection of lamps with hand painted shades in different styles (Buffet, Gone with the Wind, hanging lamps, more), thousands of books, jewelry cases packed full of jewelry and small antiques and collectibles, artwork, clocks, mirrors, furniture hardware, advertising memorabilia, stacks of furniture parts and pieces, wood scraps, and much, much more.
There’s also row after row of boxes packed with all manner of stuff. It’s going to be just like the first sale with lots of stuff to dig through.
This sale really needs seen to be believed. If you shopped at Wornock’s when he was open you know that he spent 40 years packing that building full of almost everything imaginable and now’s your chance to buy it at bargain prices.
We also have a favor: Just like the last sale we’re going to need a LOT of boxes. We’ve been stockpiling them but if you have any you can bring it would be a huge help and we’d be mighty appreciative.
