The antique show last weekend went well. I was thrilled with some of the prices some of the exhibitors had. I never have time to shop the antique show but I couldn’t resist a 4′ aluminum Christmas tree with color wheel for $20. My mom had fun finding old kitchen tools and Pyrex too. The next show will be Bella Rustina September 19-20, so I’ve got a small break if I can ever get caught up on returning phone calls and emails. My break is going to be spent moving most likely. Right now our front room is my office and Little Caleb’s room, which means my productivity has to happen with a sleeping baby literally 5 feet away. 🙂 We’ve found a fixer-upper stuck in the 1990s in a nicer part of Maumelle, but our valuation isn’t very close to the owner’s. We’ve got our 3rd offer in and we’re hoping it’ll be close enough. If so, I’ll have plenty of storage and a place to park a trailer so I don’t have to pile the back of my truck up like the Clampetts going to shows anymore. 😀 I’m really considering having a moving sale so I don’t have to move so much, so that may be happening too. It’s going to be a busy summer!
