Whew! Another show behind me. Bella Rustina went incredibly well. I ordered tons of water diverting stuff and thankfully the rain wasn’t nearly as bad as expected so I didn’t have to use it. We had a record-breaking 6,500 attendance, which will finally take these shows from a hobby to small business if I can keep up the momentum. The only issue I had was the Stadium hires the rudest security on Earth for our events. The Stadium hasn’t given me a choice on who they hire and I’ve had trouble with security personnel all 3 shows. They caused me so much trouble last weekend that the Stadium mentioned allowing me to hire police for security in the future. I so hope it works out! I appreciate those of you who came out to the show and I apologize if the security gave you any trouble. I hope to have the problem fixed by the next show.
Even Little Caleb got in on the shopping action last weekend. My mom, Little Caleb, and I were walking around the concourse area when Little Caleb made a bee-line for something in a booth and popped out with a child-sized broom. I don’t think I’ve told y’all he’s obsessed with brooms. This child loves to sweep, but he’s never had a broom that’s his size. He wouldn’t let go of the broom and kept sweeping the concourse, so I had to buy it for him. He has hardly let it out of his sight either. If we go outside, we have to grab the broom. When it’s time to go in, he gets his broom. It’s hilarious — I sure hope this obsession lasts until it can be useful around the house!
