Hope everyone is having a great week! I’m finally getting caught up on show stuff and giving myself daily pep talks about doing my taxes next week. Taxes are due the week of the next Bella Rustina so I’ve got to get started on them before everything gets hectic. Thankfully the show is already completely booked, so all I have to do is finish up advertising and administrative stuff. I did find out today that the Arkansas Big Foot (yes, Sasquatch) Conference will be taking place inside one of the meeting rooms of the adjoining Conway Event Center while we’re having Bella Rustina inside the Conway Expo Center. I’ve emailed the promoter of the event to see what all their conference entails and so we can work together to keep our attendees happy. It sounds interesting at the very least!
Easter weekend is such a special time as we remember the sacrifice and miracle of our risen Lord and Savior. I look forward to celebrating with family this weekend. This year should be the most fun yet hunting Easter eggs with Little Caleb. He is so smart and energetic — I look forward to hiding eggs in challenging places to see if he can find them. This will be his last Easter without a sibling. I should have announced months ago (I haven’t even announced on Facebook yet), but Little Caleb will be getting a little brother in June. I’m 7 months along and I’ve never been more tired in my life. With Little Caleb I was like Super Woman the whole time and this time I’m like a dang anti-social sloth. It’s driving me crazy because I’m a workaholic, but I have 2 months to go (due date has been bumped up to June 9) and then I’m sure I’ll really be tired before I get it all figured out. Little Caleb is so helpful and excited about his baby brother, so I’m betting (hoping) he’ll help me through the transition. We’re all super excited about our upcoming new addition and I look forward to telling you all stories about the Norris boys in the future. 🙂
