The 5-years-ago me would have either put that decal on straight in the first place or I would have redone the whole thing. These days I have to use every minute wisely and not sweat the small stuff. Even though it drives me crazy that the bottom three lines of the Bella Rustina details are off-center, I figure it’ll probably drive others crazy too and maybe even be more memorable. It’s not too bad considering I had Little Caleb sitting on top of my truck feeding leaves to his super-loud toy dinosaur and Joshua in the bed of the truck either trying to help me or attempting to crawl out of the truck bed. There’s never a dull moment around here; Just the way I like it!
And yes, the Antique Alley Arkansas Antique Show is now an annual event in January in Conway. The past couple of November shows has looked more like Bella Rustina than an antique show, so I figured it would be fun to create a Christmas/Holiday Bella Rustina. Many of the antique show exhibitors will be participating in Bella Rustina, so the show will have many of the same November exhibitors with vintage-inspired exhibitors filling the rest of the booths. Larry will still fill his huge booth with vintage Christmas blow-molds, ceramic trees, brooches, and more; Nancy will bring her wreaths made from vintage Christmas items; Susan will bring her vintage toy trucks with cute little Christmas trees in the back; Charles will bring all his awesome antique and vintage Christmas ornaments, aluminum trees, and decor; and sooo much more. I really can’t wait because I know it will be a gorgeous show!
I successfully updated the websites Monday with minimal downtime. The php upgrade completely took down AshleysFinds.com, but I was able to troubleshoot the issue by looking at error logs and was able to fix it within a few minutes. I did have one issue with my registration forms so I purchased a new form that will not only help me streamline the work I do for my shows, but may also help me put the Ashley’s Finds email together faster. I can’t wait to find some time to work on it. I really think it’s possible to put this email together more efficiently so it takes much less time than four hours each week. I look forward to the day that I’m kicking myself for not figuring it out sooner.
