I’ve been feeling super blessed after a successful Bella Rustina last weekend. I am thankful the hurricane wasn’t as bad as predicted in Conway and that we didn’t get all of the rain that was forecast. I have to give a shout-out to Dale’s Donuts in Benton for bringing us amazing donuts unexpectedly on Saturday – That surprise made the weekend even better! I have one more Bella Rustina next weekend, September 11-13, before I can take a break. I never intended to have two shows back-to-back, but I quickly found out after booking the August 28-30 Conway event that many exhibitors were relying on me to have a September 11-13 Maumelle event so I got back on the phone and finally found 9300 Maumelle Boulevard. I will be juggling more moving parts than ever for this event, but when you see all the awesome exhibitors coming, you’ll see why I made it happen. These beautiful beasts pictured below are two 40-ton air conditioning units and the generators that will run them that will keep us cool for the weekend. The rep from Herc Rentals has been so helpful throughout the whole process. He will be bringing these units from Tennessee.
I also have a restroom trailer (basically a big trailer with full-size restrooms) coming to supplement the restrooms in the building. Last week I had three acres mowed for parking. I have so many exhibitors interested in the event that I decided to use some rooms in the building too on top of the warehouse section, so we’ll be using the whole building. It will be epic and I can’t wait to get started setting up!
