It’s Spring Break and the boys and I are trying to do something fun each day this week. Today Little Caleb asked to go to Goodwill in search of Nerf guns and that kid hit the motherlode. He spent lots of time digging through tubs of toys to piece together the guns and find ammo. The gun he is holding is a Super-Soaker water gun wannabe, but for $3 it will be fun this summer. All the guns will be useful for neighborhood Nerf wars to birthday parties and whichever guns survive Caleb and Joshua will be resold for what I gave for them. Little Caleb got so excited over finding all those guns he fell asleep on the way home. I love a successful Goodwill trip.
I’m hoping you have successful estate sale shopping this weekend. Once Joshua gets a little older (he is 3) I hope to get back to estate sale shopping more often myself. Then I can teach the boys about junkin’ for the good stuff. Here are the sales I know about for this weekend:
