Little Caleb had his first sleepover at our house last Friday and it was a blast. He met Aiden playing football and even though they don’t go to the same school, they are best buds during football season. Right off the bat Aiden grabbed Little Caleb’s vintage cowboy hat and an old toy pistol for their shenanigans. Somehow that poor Monster Truck held the weight of the two boys and sometimes Joshua. They all kept me laughing!
On Saturday I took the boys to the Train Show at the Conway Expo Center. Little Caleb is still obsessed with all things Titanic and was super excited to get a Titanic building blocks set. The only thing is he came home and immediately opened all the building blocks packages instead of reading the directions and opening one package at a time. I heard him working on his project digging through the blocks and after around an hour he only had a handful of pieces put together. Poor kid made it way harder on himself by mixing up the pieces! We will have to tackle it after the September 8-10 Bella Rustina.
Speaking of Bella Rustina, everything is coming together and I’m really looking forward to an amazing show in a little over a week. My favorite shows are the fall and Christmas shows because of all the holiday décor and collectibles the exhibitors bring. We’ll be filling the Conway Expo & Event Center plus open-air pavilion with over 300 booths of vintage, handmade, boutiques, and treats plus 6 food trucks.
