Last weekend began with lots of chaos and ended with success. Antique Alley Arkansas exhibitors brought so much cool stuff – They make me so proud of the show! Customers traveled in from out of state as well as local to buy lots of goodies. I love watching my exhibitor family sell and my customer friends have a blast treasure hunting. I appreciate everyone’s support!
I decided to wear the same top I wore last year for Antique Alley Arkansas to show a year’s progress with my weight-loss journey. A little over a year ago after the November Bella Rustina I didn’t feel well and went to Urgent Care to find out I had a blood pressure reading of 193/135. I had already been doing Crossfit for a couple months and immediately decided to hire my Crossfit coach as my nutrition coach. Between those two photos above I lost 40 pounds. Those jeans I wore last weekend are from 20 years ago when I was in college. I always hoped I could one day wear them again and I’m thrilled with my accomplishment! My blood pressure is finally where it needs to be with medication.
Next up in Conway is the April 5-8 Bella Rustina. We’ll be open Friday – Monday to celebrate the total eclipse. The eclipse will bring millions of people to central Arkansas. I’m doing everything in my power to learn how to manage my event with a guesstimated quadrupled crowd. Right now I’m trying to find lodging for my out of state exhibitors. If you have a spare bedroom you’d like to rent out to one of my exhibitors during the eclipse weekend, please reach out. They would be the best tenants because they’d only be there to sleep since they would be setting up or selling all day.
