| School starts next week and I’m not excited. I love having my boys around and going on adventures. Joshua started asking me for a 3D printer a couple weeks ago and I’ve always wanted one, so it didn’t take much to talk me into ordering one. Joshua has kept that thing hot since it arrived (in his preferred choice of clothing, his underwear). I’ve been amazed by the quality of the toys he has made. I’ve learned of a whole bunch of things I can make for Bella Rustina with it, so stay tuned for unique Bella Rustina merch in our goody bags! Caleb entered his first BMX competition on Saturday. He has always loved riding his bike, but I had no idea where to take him to do BMX stuff. We learned about the Pump Track at Burns Park and about the track in Cabot and Caleb has been in heaven ever since. He was really nervous about competing, but I finally talked him into it. Afterwards he said racing was “the best thing ever”. He got 3rd place in his first competition. There were only 3 competitors, but he kept up with the others. I look forward to watching him improve and have fun. Caleb will be in band this year in school. He was tested on Tuesday for what instrument would be the best fit for him and he got a 10/10 for trombone, tuba, or baritone. It’s about to get even noisier at my house!
