What an afternoon yesterday! I had planned on taking off work early to take a load of stuff to The Good Stuff Auction, but work held me up and then I almost had to pull over due to a crazy storm (with hail!) on my way home. I loaded my truck in the pouring rain. Of course once I got on the freeway there was no rain in sight. 🙂 Despite all my troubles, I got to the auction house with just enough time to drop off my stuff and sign the paperwork. I’ve never sold anything at auction before, so I’m not sure what to expect, but I’m super excited to clear out some things I’ve had for a while!
I’ve had a couple requests from subscribers that I haven’t been able to help with. Do you know of anyone who does pottery repair locally? Also, do you know of anyone who does brass refinishing? If you do, please let me know and I’ll pass along the info. 🙂
