I hope you are having a great week! I am still in a whirlwind getting ready for Antique Alley Arkansas inside the Conway Expo Center this Saturday and Sunday. Tomorrow I mark off booths, run electricity to those who need it, and then open up the building for exhibitors to start loading in. Then we’ll finish up on Friday and be ready for everyone Saturday morning.

Of course as with just about all of my shows, it’s going to rain. I have been listening to multiple forecasts and sounds like the worst of the rain will be done by the wee hours Saturday morning, which is wonderful. Setup may be fun Friday afternoon, but I’m hoping most exhibitors will come tomorrow afternoon and Friday morning.

I have been invited to go on Channel 7 Saturday morning at 8:45AM. The antique show opens at 9AM, so I’ll miss the opening of the show. Robin will help me get everything done so nobody will miss me Saturday morning. I always love the opportunity to go on air and talk about the show. This time will be even more fun because I can go around and cherry pick items from the show to show off to potential customers.

Right now the antique show has right over 100 exhibitors from 9 states and I’m getting more and more excited as I see photos of what exhibitors will bring. I have three exhibitors who will have military items, multiple who will have Pyrex and the other popular glassware, an amazing architectural salvage exhibitor who hasn’t joined us before, a handful of individuals who are liquidating estates, at least three with amazing primitives, and much more. One of our local quickly-becoming-famous food trucks is YGFBF Mobile Food & Catering. She will bring “Cajun-smothered shrimp and grits” and “Southern fried chicken and berry waffles”. She is only able to be there Saturday this time, but I’m hoping we’ll win her over and get her the whole event in the future. Hot Dog Nate will be there both days with his hot dogs, sausages, BBQ sandwiches, and BBQ nachos, which are awesome (my favorite is the BBQ sandwich!).

I was expecting more sales this weekend and I’m hoping my email didn’t glitch with all the emails I have been receiving about the show. Let me know if I missed a sale and I’ll at least post it on the website when I can. Here are the sales I know about:
