I’m so pooped tonight that I think I’ll refrain from telling stories. I will say that it looks like I’ll receive a refund for the unavailable items I purchased via the online auction for the Walmart Neighborhood Market, which is great!
Also, Rustonia Vintique Market is having their first anniversary and to commemorate this milestone, they are offering a 20% discount on all items priced over $25.00 between Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, July 3. Alright. Y’all, this sale…. wow. The star attraction is the IMMENSE collection of jewelry. As far as home furnishings go, you really should probably look at the photos to understand what I mean by this – much of the furniture is hand-crafted in a sort-of artistic way. A lot of it has a rustic feel, but in my opinion isn’t overly “log cabin.” We have a brown leather couch, red leather sofa by Natuzzi, denim sofa bed, carved wood & leather armchair, multiple hand-crafted rockers, red leather wing-back recliner, hand-stitched leather wing-back chair, a pair of red leather armchairs that have an exaggerated wing-back design, sofa table/console, coffee tables, a variety of side tables, rustic buffet table, panel TVs, Native American art, pottery & textiles, other framed art, a floor safe & gun safe, king-sized leather headboard, king mattress set, nice bedding & linens, office furniture, books, a treadmill by Horizon, silver plated serving pieces, pots & pans, small appliances, Fiesta dishes in turquoise, vintage orange Tupperware canisters, barware, Whirlpool Duet Steam front-loading washer & dryer on pedestals, Wood Wick candles, toiletries, a dulcimer, ladies’ golf clubs, hand tools & other garage items, AND A 7-SEATER HOT TUB!!
There is a LOT of women’s clothing (size medium), shoes (size 10ish), cowboy boots (SEVERAL PAIRS), hats, handbags/purses, belts, scarves & more. These are some of the brands you’ll find: Coach, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Chloe, Michael Kors, Sevens, Orvis… & a lot more. Checkout the photos!!!
Now to the jewelry…Basically, everything is still brand-new with the retail tags & packaging. We have every type of jewelry – bracelets, pins, earrings, rings, pendants & drops, watches, necklaces, decorative hair combs & barrettes… we even have some jewelry making tools & supplies. There is sterling, gold, and lots of different stones – including, coral, lapis, onyx, chalcedony, mother of pearl, Tahitian pearls, pearls, malachite, moonstone, amber, turquoise, blue topaz, and diamonds. You really must look at the photos to understand the quality and quantity; then, please help us spread the word!! On Friday we will be selling everything at full price. On Saturday, the jewelry will be discounted 15% and on Sunday it will be discounted 30%. Due to the logistics of working with thousands of pieces, we will be unable to take bids on the jewelry. I think when you see it, you will understand why. I know that some people like to place bids simply because they may be unable to come back to shop on a discounted day. Since that won’t be possible on the jewelry this time, we feel that perhaps you should schedule some time to swing back by on subsequent days if you are hoping to score some great deals on some fantastic bling (& there will be a LOT of great deals to be had!!).
