Yesterday Big Caleb and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary. We took Little Caleb to eat dinner with us at Marketplace in Conway, which is where Big Caleb and I had our first date 10 years ago. Time flies! My parents celebrated their 40th anniversary a couple weeks ago – It’s hard to imagine 40 years when Caleb and I have had so many adventures in just 8 (10 if you count our dating years). For example, on our first date Caleb was a broke college student. I didn’t know it at the time, but he barely had the $38 needed to take me on that date. I’ve had the opportunity to watch him grow from a college student to currently the Maumelle city attorney. I’m kinda proud of him (even though he makes silly faces every time we take photos!).
Don’t forget this weekend is also Bargains Galore on 64. For those who might not know what it is, Bargains Galore on 64 is basically garage sales from Beebe to Fort Smith on Hwy 64 starting today and lasting through Saturday. I know a bunch of people who are renting spots this weekend to sell their stuff out there, so there will be some good stuff available! I’m just hoping it rains just enough to cool things down, but not too much to hurt the bargain hunting!
