I’m so excited for my friends, Robin Hall (who helps me keep my head on straight, and much more, at my shows) and Linda Whisnant (exhibitor at my shows) have taken the plunge into the estate sale world as RetroCats Estate Sales. Their first sale was a huge success and they are in the process of lining up a couple more sales in Conway. Who knew there was such a need in Conway?! I’m excited for them and can’t wait to watch them do awesome things!
Very soon I’ll probably become a landlord. Many of you came to the moving sale I held at my “old house” in Maumelle almost a year ago. I finally got around to listing the house for sale in March and today the real estate listing expires. In 6 months we only received one low-ball offer, so we’ve pretty much decided to rent out the house while we wait until the market changes. Right now I’m researching whether to do it all myself or have a rental agency take care of it for me. If any of you have any pointers, I’d love to hear them!
