Yesterday I received a call from RetroCats Estate Sales and they had a dilemma. They were in the process of planning an estate sale when the house sold and has to be empty by THIS Wednesday! They have decided to have the sale tomorrow and Tuesday. I told them I’d be happy to send out an extra email this week to let you all know about this great-looking sale, They don’t have time to advertise anywhere else, so you all have the exclusive information! Here are the details:

Harold E. Alexander was a conservationist and stream preservationist who was a proponent of conservation and wildlife management in Arkansas from the 1950s to the 1980s. The Harold E. Alexander Wildlife Management Area in Sharp County was named in recognition of his service to Arkansas conservation and his long career with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC). He has been called “the father of Arkansas conservation.”
We submitted a contract October 1, 2016 for our next estate sale at this really awesome house built in 1956 (anyone who knows me knows how much I admire mid-century architecture)…anyway, the house was listed for sale this week and within a few hours of submitting our contract, the executor received a CASH offer for the house with the requirement that the deal closes next Friday, 10/7!!!!!
So, we are having a super fast “flash sale” to get the items sold for the family. There are some really great pieces of furniture in this sale! The sale will be held on Monday, 10/3 and Tuesday, 10/4.
