I was just joking last week when I said last weekend is usually the last big weekend for sales of the year because this weekend is pretty busy too!
Little Caleb’s first school play will be this morning and I’m looking forward to watching. He has two lines in the play so I may have stories next week!
I finally took down the awesome corn stalks from my front porch that I bought back in October. I read that I could wrap them really well in plastic and save them for next year, so I have an experiment going on. A show exhibitor threw away an almost-used-up roll of plastic at a previous show and I retrieved it for such an occasion as this. I had just enough to wrap the corn stalks in two layers of plastic. If moisture and the squirrels stay out of it I think there’s a good chance the corn stalks will make it until next September. I’ll let you know!
