Today was the first day of setup for Bella Rustina this weekend inside the Conway Expo Center plus open-air pavilion. Lots of exhibitors moved in today, but I think the heat slowed everyone down because hardly anyone has their booth set up pretty yet. I’ll post preview photos tomorrow night on Facebook and Instagram. We have a full house indoors (over 220 booths) and another 70ish booths in the open-air pavilion. Today workers hung water misters in the pavilion and tomorrow they will put up sun screens and set up my fans and port-a-cools. I am doing everything in my power to make the open-air pavilion comfortable. I’m hoping tomorrow during pavilion setup that we’ll get any kinks worked out. The Conway Expo Center is air conditioned and has kept us cool in the summer for many years. Robin and I may be icicles after staying overnight in the building because we’ve already planned with the Expo Center employee to lower the AC as low as it will go (66 degrees) overnight on show nights. I have some awesome exhibitors joining us this weekend and can’t wait to see what everyone brings! The Bella Rustina Modern Vintage Market, brought to you by Ashley’s Finds, LLC, will take place July 15-17 inside the Conway Expo Center located at 2505 E. Oak St. in Conway, Arkansas. Bella Rustina is locally-owned out of Maumelle and is the largest vintage market in central Arkansas.
Exhibitors will fill 270+ booths inside the Conway Expo Center and open-air pavilion with everything from vintage to handmade creations to vintage-inspired décor.
On top of being a great shopping experience, Bella Rustina will also have 5+ food trucks and many indoor food choices like handmade fried pies, roasted candy and nuts, kettle corn, coffee, and more!
