| Now that the spring Bella Rustina is over, we can actually enjoy spring! I’ve been exhausted and brain dead since the show, but I’ve been doing as many fun things to play catch-up as possible. I tried hatchet-throwing and disc golf for the first time last week and also took the boys to Cedar Falls in Petit Jean. I hope to visit more Arkansas waterfalls this year and ultimately spend more time outdoors. I bought a kayak off Facebook Marketplace and plan to try it out at some point. This weekend I have Festivus, which is a Crossfit competition “For the Rest of Us”. Last year my partner and I took first place in the Women’s Novice group. This year I’m competing on my own and bumping up to Intermediate level. There are some movements I can hardly do so I don’t expect to place, but it will be fun to see where I stand with the big dogs.
