| I spent last weekend in Vicksburg, Mississippi. I learned about life on the bayou, watched alligators from the porch, and shopped the great vintage spots in town. On Saturday mornings there’s a flea market downtown that is pretty good with everything from food to crafts to antiques. I found a piece of Pyrex for my mom. The Open Market is an awesome antique mall with great vintage and handmade. Levee Street Marketplace is a fun flea market with a little bit of everything. My favorite spot was Katzenmeyer’s, which is where I found the above crewel piece for my collection! The owner was so nice and invited us to shop their warehouse, but we didn’t have time. Maybe next time!
