| Last week was a crazy week with school activities and junkin’. On Wednesday night a neighbor a couple streets over announced in one of the Maumelle Facebook groups she would have a garage sale with vintage items. I went the first time and picked up a Pyrex bowl and an old Hunter Zephair fan. The owner said the fan was her grandmother’s and needed work, so I gave it to a friend to fix. By the next day he fixed the oscillator and replaced the cord so now it works amazing! He sent me a video of it working so I stopped by the garage sale to show the previous owner. She had added a retro quilt and an awesome table to her sale and I had to have them! The tabletop flips over and one of the legs slides under it to create a round table. It fits perfectly in my dining room – Dora approves! On Thursday I went to Sheridan to pick up the amazing sleigh. It came with all the accessories – All I need next time it snows is a horse! Horses are pretty sparse in Maumelle so I’ll have to settle with using the sleigh for display during my Christmas vintage markets. I hope you have a great Memorial Day weekend.
