| Joshua has been wanting to work out like I do for over a year. I started seeing Facebook ads for D1 Training featuring their kids’ classes that start with 7-year-olds. Joshua just turned seven a couple weeks ago and he immediately started asking about the class. Today he dropped in for his first class and loved it.
