| Last Saturday’s adventure took me to Hawksbill Crag/Whitaker Point. We didn’t have cell service for most of the day, which was the cherry on top of the getaway! The views were breathtaking. I expected to be miserable hiking in the heat of the day, but the tree cover kept us in the shade and the breeze was perfect! We found a waterfall, but it was just a trickle, so we decided to pause our waterfall hunting. The beautiful overlooks along the 3 mile hike were all that was needed to make this a worthwhile trip.
