It’s that time of the year where I’m distributing promo cards for Bella Rustina and Antique Alley Arkansas to shops and I almost feel like I should rename the blog to Little Caleb’s Finds because he’s finding some neat stuff. When his eyes get as big as quarters like a junker with a great find (and he won’t let go), I can’t resist buying stuff for him. Thankfully his thing right now is trucks, so he normally finds $10 and less items and they keep him occupied so I can look too. Last week he found a vintage Tonka Police Hummer at Mid-Towne Antique Mall and yesterday he looked around until he found an old cast-iron tractor upstairs at Galaxy Furniture. So of course last night he had to give the tractor a bath while he had his bath. All “new” vehicles get a bath regardless of how big they are (unless they are battery powered). Whatever it takes to convince him to take a bath! 😛
Speaking of Galaxy Furniture, they have all their vintage stuff upstairs 50% off right now. There’s still a great selection of things as of yesterday!
Looks like we have another big list of sales this weekend. Here’s what I know:
Picker’s Dream Estate Sales Closeout!

2016 Topf Road
North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116

I stand in line to be first in the door at estate sales and all these
items are vintage “man” items purchased there. I am clearing them out to make room. All priced at wholesale, not ebay. There is NO usual garage sale stuff like baby clothes, dishes, or living room
decorations from China. NONE. Instead, there’s all sorts of valuable memorabilia for collecting or resale in areas like: militaria,
artillery, gas mask, guitar amplifier, gasoline, civil war, Marlboro,
railroad, coca-cola, cowboy, bows, vintage toys, vinyl records, pipes, lighters, watches, vintage ammo, black powder pistol kit, fighting and survival knives, beer, GI Joe, Razorbacks, automobile, sports, books, posters, star wars, tin soldiers, duck call, models, drums, games, models, USPS, and much more.
