I don’t know what it is about Wednesday nights, but Little Caleb always seems to want to stay up late. I finally got him to bed around 2AM by tiring him out letting him jump on the bed and his daddy. He’s a mess, but I wouldn’t change him for anything. He can’t help he’s a night owl like his parents. 😀

IMPORTANT: The opposite side of of the street across from our sale is ALL no parking by city ordinance. DO NOT PARK THERE. The biggest problem we will see this weekend will be people who pull across and park facing the wrong direction (rule breaker #1) where they can’t see the front of the No Parking signs (rule breaker #2).  That’s sure to get tickets flowing so PLEASE don’t do that. Just be patient and understand that you might have to walk a little further than is ideal.  The good news is, it’s pretty darn level around our house, so it will be an easier hike.  🙂

If you missed the sale a few weeks ago, this is the estate of Delmar and Josephine McKenzie who were lifetime residents of Faulkner County.  The home was built in the 1920’s and several architectural elements will be sold during this sale, including a pair of arched wooden and glass doors that are painted a pale pink!  All original hardware including glass door knobs, hinges and lock.   There are several wonderful quilts to choose from as well as several boxes of fabric, large office steel office desk, china cabinet from 1940’s, hide-a-bed, stand-alone gas range, lots of cookbooks, pottery, collectibles, antique tools and much more!
