The Place to be this Weekend

Joe Rook of Estate Sales by Rook’s Antiques emailed me a few weeks ago and said that he was having the estate sale again at the same place he’s held the sale two other times. Now I know what we all expect when an estate sale is held at the same location more than once: Picked-over junk that no one wanted the first time around. This estate sale is WAY different.  Joe saved the best for last! Well, actually, they got to the part of the estate’s storage building that had the best goodies.

I went over to the estate to take photos yesterday and was floored when I walked in the door.

This estate has the largest, most unique Jadite collection I’ve ever seen:

And you probably remember from the last sale that there are a TON of cool clocks. The following photos don’t even get close to showing them all:

Check out the awesome cash register in the back — I didn’t take time to check, but I bet it’s a National Cash Register!

I took a lot more photos that I will be posting here soon. I could have bought a truck-load but I didn’t ask if I could buy anything.. the prices on a lot of the stuff are that good! They were actually marking down some of the things that were available at the previous sales while I was there.

I can’t buy it all so you should come help me out! 🙂  The sale will be at 7409 Markham Street in Little Rock, Arkansas from 10:00AM – 4:00PM Thursday through Saturday and then from 1:00PM to 4:00PM on Sunday!
