Robin and I had a great time at the Vintage Tulsa Show last weekend. We talked to everyone I planned to speak with and then some and just overall had a great time.
This time next week I’ll be typing from Longview, Texas as we get ready for the Zonta Antique Show. It’s a beautiful high-end show that only occurs once a year. We take care of exhibitor recruiting, the booth layout, etc. while the Zonta Club takes care of advertising, etc. That’s the only way we can do two shows back-to-back! As it is I’m beyond busy!
March 10-12 is Bella Rustina in Little Rock in the concourse area of War Memorial Stadium and the talent that has signed up for the show is awwwwesome! I’ve created a way to pre-purchase tickets online. Right now early buying admission for Friday is $5 (instead of $8) and can be purchased at http://www.bellarustina.com/tickets/
The Arkansas Glasshoppers Depression Era and Vintage Glass Show and Sale is this weekend and Neil McConnell and I will have a display table of Turquoise Pyrex for the month of December for their birthstone color tables. Our theme is “retro Christmas” and will have an aluminum tree and the works. I can’t wait to see how it turns out! Neil has a fabulous collection!
This Saturday and Sunday Crystal Hill Antique Mall will have Leigh Ann Winter of Houston, Texas on-site to do glass repair, silver and jewelry repair, and silver re-plating. Sales will be going on throughout the mall and refreshments will be served!
