Upcoming Estate Sales and Auctions for December 20 – 23

*|MC:SUBJECT|*

Christmas has snuck up on me! I usually look forward to my “week  off” from having a large list of estate sales and auctions and I didn’t even realize it would be this week. It’s a nice surprise because I’m snowed under with stuff to do. Many of my ads for the January 12-13 Antique Alley Arkansas Antique Show are due by this Friday and I haven’t even started designing them. It’ll be nice to have them out of the way, though! Despite being overwhelmed with work to do, I’m having lots of fun with the boys.  Last week we were invited to the Maumelle Fire Department’s Christmas party and Santa made an appearance. Joshua couldn’t care less who holds him, so I got a good photo of him with Santa. Little Caleb was suspicious of Santa because he looked like the man who sat with us during dinner (that kid is way too observant!), so he wouldn’t even  stand with him for a photo. Then again, Little Caleb doesn’t like me taking his photo these days. He makes a game of dodging me. We had fun decorating a gingerbread house today. I’m glad I got a photo right after we completed it because he almost immediately started picking the candies off it. I would expect no less from my son, though. 🙂 And then there’s Merry Ho-Ho, the Elf on a Shelf named by Little Caleb, who keeps forgetting to sit somewhere different when he comes back from the North Pole every night. He’s been hanging from a light fixture for two days. Normally Big Caleb is the one who assists him, but being as Big Caleb has fallen asleep at his desk, I may have to help Merry Ho-Ho find a different place to hang out for tomorrow. Christmas has already been fun and it’s not even here yet!

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! I couldn’t find any estate sales and only found one auction for this weekend. I’m sure next weekend some of the sales will start back up again. Here’s the auction I know about:
