| We’re so close to what I expect will be the most epic Bella Rustina of my life – I say this because I’ve spent double what I normally spend on advertising, labor, etc for an event and this event has a concert and bouncy houses. I’m also managing 46 campsites. This has been an incredible experience and has gone smoothly so far. I was bracing for chaos to hit at any moment and then I realized the reason things are going smoothly is I finally delegated my tasks. In the past I did all the things I hate doing because I didn’t want anyone else to have to endure it. I’ve learned the stuff I dislike is enjoyable to others. I don’t enjoy creating invoices, but it doesn’t bother Robin at all. What she can knock out in a couple hours takes me a couple days with all my distractions. Erin helps me by taking promo cards and flyers to all the local shops. She also helps me keep up with social media stuff. Jared knows about hosting bands and was able to secure Dial Up for me. Dale has a side business parking cars for events and has planned out how we will handle parking this weekend. Big Dan and Derek have helped me for over 8 years gathering good workers for each show. I couldn’t have done it without everyone’s help. There are a bazillion moving parts, but I think I’m prepared for the most part. I should have delegated the campsites to someone because I rented all 46 Conway Expo Center campsites for four nights each (It was an all or nothing deal) to guarantee my exhibitors would have a place to stay and I think I’ve rented maybe 20 spots. I’ll lose a bunch of money on those sites unless I start advertising them. Maybe I can get some last-minute campers.
Last weekend the boys and I had a great Easter. We got together with my parents and brother and sister-in-law at a park and grilled out. Mom got the boys bunnies, so I guess I’m a bunny-mom now. I’ve been so busy I haven’t taken any photos of the boys with the bunnies yet. Maybe next week. The bunnies will be hanging out at the Expo Center with us – Bunny-granny will have to babysit the bunnies since she thought it was a great idea to give them to the boys right before my most epic event ever.

-Sitting room…antique drafting table, large format art, upholstered chair-and-a-half with twin pullout, floor lamps, table lamps, water cabinet, recliner, custom ash coffee table, enamel storage cabinet, bakers rack, assorted plant stands, baskets, collectible figurines and pottery, books, games and gaming supplies, office supplies, portable office, shredder, tv in a bag, several tvs, stained glass.
