| Christmas is upon us! During “Pancakes with Santa” a couple weeks ago, Joshua wanted nothing to do with Santa at first so we sat down to order our pancakes. Before I could sit down and get situated, Joshua grabbed the cup of sprinkles that were supposed to be used as a topping for the pancakes and proceeded to use the serving spoon to eat said sprinkles by the spoonful. It was too late to do anything about it, so I snapped a photo before correcting his craziness. Joshua finally warmed up to Santa before we left. Little Caleb insists on wearing shorts regardless of how cold it is outside. I’ve heard from other parents this is a phase kids are going through these days. It isn’t worth it to me to fight him to wear pants, so the boys weren’t as festively dressed this year with Santa. Never a dull moment with these boys!
